I'm a hundred pounds of chill until the neighbors exist, then I need my quiet corner and a handler who gets that sometimes the best move is just to breathe.
They wrote that I love to play. Understatement. I'd hike, fetch, and nap with you, in that order.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
I've been holding down the fort in Elmsford, hoping someone like you would wander by.

**Casey is a courtesy post and is not located at or affiliated with Paws Crossed Casey, previously referred to as Nana (like the nanny dog in Peter Pan) is a 100lb border collie/Great Pyrenees mix who was recently moved across the country with his family and has become very anxious with his new neighbors living so close by, so he is looking for a forever home. Casey's anxiety is now heightened by his juvenile companions (a 2.5 year old and 6m old), so he would like a quieter home without children. He's selective with other dogs and needs slow introductions, but he loves to play with dog friends. He is crate trained, house trained, neutered, and mostly good on leash. He loves watching squirrels. Needs a strong handler who knows what they're doing, he's barrier reactive and has some fear aggression.
