But with time, care, and a lot of kind words, this sweet boy will blossom into a loyal companion who just wants to love and be loved. Once he feels safe, Toby's playful side shines through. Ready for his next chapter, Toby is looking for his forever family—one that will give him the patience, warmth, and love he's always deserved. Toby's adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccines, and a microchip.
