About Bodhi
Bodhi is an estimated 2-year-old, 75-pound Beauceron or Doberman Shepherd mix who is smart, confident, and playful. He is fully crate and house-trained, knows sit, down, recall with distractions, and walks nicely on leash; he enjoys obedience training and structured play like fetch, tug, and wrestling. Bodhi has good social skills with both large and small dogs, though he has not been evaluated with cats. He is a guardian breed mix who needs an experienced, knowledgeable owner who can provide clear leadership and structure; without this dynamic he can be pushy with his people and territorial with newcomers, but with the right relationship he is biddable and accepting. Bodhi is an active dog who thrives with an owner who wants to engage him regularly in activities, though he does settle well at home, and he is not suitable for first-time or inexperienced dog owners.
