About India
India is a beautiful lab mix who is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. India is a joyful, goofy, and gentle soul with the heart and curiosity of a puppy. She may be a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, she'll quickly become your constant shadow and your biggest fan. Her innocent, happy spirit quickly wins over everyone she meets! India gets along beautifully with other dogs, even those that may be reactive, and just adores her best buddy Rocky. Though she is still polishing up her leash skills, her progress has been heartwarming. Once hesitant and hoping to be carried, India now bounds to the door with a wagging tail, ready for adventure! India is house and crate-trained, enthusiastic about meal time, and always radiates pure, puppy-like sweetness that makes every day brighter. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion who will make you smile every day, India is your girl! India is fixed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. She has completed heartworm treatment and is available to come to NJ. Her adoption donation is $500. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
