I do come with a few special needs, but please don't let that worry you — I just need a patient friend, and I pay it back tenfold.

The rescue’s notes on Nina Simone
Nina Simone came to us in May of 2024 from CACC after being surrendered for euthanasia when her owner could no longer keep her. Nina is a 4 year old tri-paw that weighs about 50 lbs. She doesn't let the fact that she's a tri paw hold her back — she loves walks, can hop into a car with ease, and has no issues with stairs! Nina's ideal home is one where she can be an only pet. She is housebroken and crate-trained and has made great progress with learning to relax in her crate. She absolutely LOVES toys and will happily show them off to you. Nina is a really sweet girl with her people. She can be barky meeting new people. Nina is a typical GSD that bonds strong with her person. She has completed a board and train program and knows commands including sit, down, stay, place, and heel. Nina is super smart and loves to learn. She has so much potential and love to give, and we're hoping her special person is out there!
