Well, hello! Dory here.
I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.
I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — Dory 🐾
The rescue’s notes on Dory
Get ready for some fun to come into your house and your heart. DORY will add some joy and excitement in you as she is just a spit-fire with a little gip and dip in her dance!! DORY is 5 months old and weighs 8 pounds, for sure she will remain a small breed dog as she only weighed 1.8 pounds at 3 months when I got her. She is a Chihuahua mix and we are not sure what she is mixed with. DORY loves wrestling and running and playing with all of the dogs in the house. If you are her size, she has a good time rolling around and just playing tag with the other dog. If there is a bigger dog in the house, expect DORY to crawl all over the dog, give kisses and just be a pretty pest in the best way possible. She is very smart and watches everything that is going on. She understands completely what she should and should not be doing. Currently there are lots of toys in the house and she has not shown a need to chew on personal items but she loves to chew on bully sticks and other hard chew toys. DORY would do best in a home with a pet playmate and not as a single dog as she will get bored and lonely. Her mission is to play, play, nap, eat and play some more. She is a great cuddler. If you are interested in adopting DORY, please submit an application on the website below. Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org She is also potty trained but may have an accident if not let out often enough. She is also crate trained but she does not like to go in there, she wants to be with you.
