Well, hello! Johnny here.
I won't fib — I've got a little grey on my muzzle. But being older just means I'm past the wild puppy stuff and all about cozy company and slow, happy mornings.

The rescue’s notes on Johnny
Johnny is an 11-year-old Jack Russell Terrier weighing 15–20 pounds who has lived on a farm his entire life as a guardian dog alongside other dogs, goats, horses, donkeys, and pigs. He is smart, food-motivated, and eager to please, and warms quickly to people with treats. Johnny experienced trauma from a previous owner and can be skittish around boots; he also has some anxiety with crates and car rides. He is not house trained but has much love to give once he feels safe, and deserves a patient home where he can settle into a calm routine.
