Izzy is a sweet, gentle, and easygoing, pup ready to find her person. She's always happy to see you—even if you only stepped into the next room and came right back. Her joy is contagious. Every now and then, Izzy decides she's a lap dog, soaking up hugs and kisses, and then a few minutes of affection, she's perfectly content to curl up on the floor right beside you, just happy to be close. Her expressive ears seem to narrate her every thought, so she isn't so good at keeping secrets! Izzy is young and ready to learn, and she'll thrive with continued positive experiences and gentle guidance. She's loving, loyal, and deeply people-oriented—an ideal companion for someone who wants a pup that truly bonds. If you're looking for a devoted, affectionate dog who will adore you with her whole heart, Izzy is ready to take that spot by your side. Izzaqbell, Izzy to her friends, is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 02/20/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
