Breed
Oh, hello you! Darcy here.
I'm a lap specialist with excellent hair and even better manners (mostly).
Word is I'm a championship snuggler. I don't like to brag, but the notes don't lie.
I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and the occasional zoomie) saved up for the right person.
Born and (almost) raised right here in San Antonio.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Thanksgiving — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.
Anyway, thank you for reading all the way to the end. Not everyone does, and I noticed. — Darcy

About Darcy
Darcy is a Maltese mix just over 1 year old and weighing 8 pounds, with her adult size nearly reached. She is a devoted companion who loves to follow her people around and enjoys playing with other small dogs, though she can be bossy and assertive with them. Darcy is about 75% potty trained, fully crate and house trained, and is not destructive. She loves to cuddle and bonds closely once she settles in, though she may need a couple of days to show her full personality. Her straight coat will need grooming every 2–3 months to prevent matting. Darcy's compatibility with cats is unknown.
