Well, hello! Maggie here.
I'll love everyone I meet, fetch anything that moves, and possibly try to eat a sock. Worth it.
My notes call me gentle and a little shy — I warm up fast once I trust you, though.
I've been holding down the fort in The Woodlands, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Thanksgiving could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Thanks for stopping by and giving me a moment — it honestly made my whole day. — Maggie

About Maggie
If you've been looking for a calm, intelligent, and incredibly well-mannered companion, Maggie may be the perfect match. Maggie is a four year old beautiful yellow Lab mix, possibly with some livestock guardian breed in her heritage. She has the sweetest, most soulful eyes and has a way of looking at you as if she's having a conversation—she truly seems to understand everything you say! Maggie was found wandering alone in the woodlands and has blossomed into an amazing companion in her foster home. She is fully house-trained, exceptionally well-behaved, and has impeccable manners. In fact, she carries herself like a service dog, happily following her foster dad from room to room. She gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs and has shown no aggression, she's also calm, gentle, and easygoing. Maggie enjoys daily walks but is just as content relaxing at home with her family. She isn't a nuisance barker, but she will let you know if someone comes to the door.
