05/13/26 14:43Meet Jazmine!Jazmine came to our shelter in early April and has slowly been opening up. She is a super sweet girl who loves pets, it just takes her a minute to get to know you. Jazmine has been working hard to get over her nervousness so she can find her forever home. Since being here, we have noticed that she does have some skin issues. She doesn't let this slow her down though, and is always super exited to meet her walking friend for the day.Come in today and meet Jazmine. She just might be the dog of your dreams.09/06/26 14:59What I did today:Today I went out for a walk all over Willow Glen with my friend! I saw so many people who told me howpretty I am – they are right! I also saw lots of off leash dogs at the park, but I stayed on my leash ??I also found a new ball - It was my treasure!What to know about this dog:• Jazzy is a sweetheart!• She walks beautifully on leash, though she does like to zig zag, so watch her feet!• Jazzy is the cutest, happy girl – a ball and a walk are all she needs for a perfect day!Three words to describe me:Petite Princess, Happy, Active08/13/26 16:46What I did today:Jazmine was so excited to start her 5.5-mile adventure at Hellyer Park, she could hardly wait to jump in the car. Once we arrived, she was curious, happy, and ready to explore. She had a blast taking in all the new sights, sounds, and smells the park had to offer. After exploring, Jazmine enjoyed some relaxingdowntime on the shady grass before getting back to her adventure. She had an absolute blast playing ball, getting lots of back scratches, and soaking up plenty of praise, love, and attention. She had a wonderful time being curious, adventurous, and observant of her surroundings. What a fun-filled day with this sweet girl!What to know about this dog:• Allows full handling of her ears, mouth, face, paws, tummy, and tail• Sociable – friendly and wants to say hello to people - when we were sitting on the grass, she happily watched people and dogs passing by without pulling or trying to approach them• Non-reactive to geese, birds, bikes, e-bikes, strollers, and children -showed mild curiosity toward squirrels but did not fixate or attempt to chase – easy to redirect when needed, listens well, and remains calm and relaxed in her surroundings• Playful - having a ball is her happy place, it keeps her content, engaged, and having the best time - she will happily sit and wait for you to throw it, and she’s a great catcher - can easily take the ball out of her mouth so you can toss it againThree words to describe me:Playful, Sweet, Friendly07/06/26 15:00What I did today:Jazmine is a sweet, petite girl who was easy to leash up and eager to begin her adventure! She enjoyed a 3-mile walk at Santa Teresa Park, soaking up the fresh air and warm sunshine along the way. After herstroll, she happily jumped into the car for a fun trip to Pet Food Express, where she had a wonderful time sniffing all the tasty treats and exploring every corner of the store. Jazmine was an absolute joy to spend the day with!What to know about this dog:• Loves the car - Jumps in and out without any hesitation and is the perfect passenger for every adventure• Allows full handling – face, ears, paws, tail, and belly rubs• Dog social - She has a great playful spirit and would thrive with another dog of similar energy to be her built-in best friend• Non reactive to squirrels, birds, turkeys – she was curious but did not fixate or try to chase, easy to redirectThree words to describe me:Sweet, Energetic, Curious
