Good morning! Adina here.
I'm a five-year-old terrier who did prison time and came out reformed—sit, stay, drop it, you name it—though I'll still mouth your arm during playtime like it's a negotiation.
My file says I've got energy to spare — adventure buddy applications now open.
I've been holding down the fort in Kennesaw, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Thanksgiving could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Adina
About Adina
Adina is a sweet and smart five-year-old terrier mix weighing approximately 42 pounds who came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. She is a graduate of the Prison Pups training program and knows commands including sit, stay, down, come, drop it, leave it, and place; she has good leash manners and accepts strangers without jumping, though she may need an adjustment period in a new home. Adina is friendly and active with a delightful personality—she enjoys being close to people, loves car rides and adventures, and plays well with other dogs, though she can play roughly and may sometimes be mouthy during play, so a home with durable toys like Nylabones is ideal. She gets along well with children ages ten and up, does well in her crate, and has a current vaccination record, microchip, and spay surgery; she tested positive for heartworm previously but has been treated and completed her rest period, so local adoption is recommended for her November 2026 re-check, and her adopting family should consult a veterinarian about a potential future dental cleaning due to moderate tartar buildup.
Adina is listed by Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA. The rescue handles the adoption — Pawsada helps the right family discover Adina.
