Psst… hi! Lizzie here.
I'm a terrier who's seen things, survived things, and now I'm ready to surprise you with how good I am once you get past my shy phase—trust me, I'm worth the patience.
My notes call me gentle and a little shy — I warm up fast once I trust you, though.
I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.
Born and (almost) raised right here in Olalla.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Labor Day — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Lizzie

About Lizzie
Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog. Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites. Lizzie came from an eastern WA shelter after they took in many dogs from a property with over 45 dogs on it. She was very pregnant and delivered 6 babies just over 24 hours after arriving. All of her past is history now and it's time to focus on her future. She will by a little shy initially with new people and places, but she's sweet and engaging once she settles in. She has a mop of a coat naturally. We had our groomer give her a good spa day and they did trim her up. Her coat was a mess since we couldn't get her cleaned up well prior to having the babies. She needs someone around to acclimate her to a new environment. She's doing well with crate training, as long as she's not stuck in one for too long. So full time workers won't work well and she's not ready to be left alone free reign in a home. She doesn't care for "in her face" dogs but does well with more calm personalities. If you think you can't continue to help Lizzie become a model house companion and love her for the rest of her life, please submit our adoption application to get the bal rolling. Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.
