He is an estimated adult who is beginning his transition into rescue care and may need time, patience, and understanding as he learns routines, builds confidence, and adjusts to home life, as he has had limited socialization and exposure to normal environments. Eli is expected to thrive in a home willing to offer kindness, consistency, and compassion while allowing him to decompress at his own pace. Adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccines, appropriate veterinary care, a harness, and a leash.
