Toby is a Rat Terrier available for adoption through Russell Rescue. He is currently in a foster home in Middle Tennessee. Toby has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated (DHPP and Rabies), received a Bordetella vaccine, had a heartworm check, and been microchipped. Approved adopters must be able to travel to Tennessee to meet and bring Toby home.
