Chewy is an approximately 8-year-old Chihuahua weighing about 17 pounds who is friendly, sweet, and gentle. He loves to cuddle and be held, and he knows the commands sit, stay, come, leave it, and place. Chewy prefers calm, mellow dogs and has not yet met cats or children; he will need a family to help with potty training and to support his weight loss through proper nutrition and exercise. He is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered, with moderate tartar on his teeth that may benefit from a future veterinary dental cleaning.
