Annie does need a patient and understanding home, as she can become reactive to other dogs, especially when on leash and in close proximity. Annie would thrive with an adopter who is willing to work with her on leash manners and provide a structured, low-stress environment. With patience and support, her loving personality really shines, and she has all the makings of a devoted companion.
