This handsome boy may be full grown, but he still has that fun, puppy-like joy that makes every adventure a little more exciting. Friendly and affectionate, Fido loves spending time with people and is always ready to make a new friend. Whether you're heading out for a walk, playing in the yard, or simply enjoying time together, Fido is happiest when he's by your side. He also seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and loves running along the fence with his canine neighbors, inviting them to join in the fun. Simply watching his joyful energy and wagging tail is sure to bring a smile to your face. It should be noted, though, that Fido seems much too interested in cats, so he is recommended for a home without feline friends. Overall, Fido would thrive with a family that enjoys an active lifestyle and can match his playful spirit, while also giving him plenty of love and affection. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
