Scarfa is a young female shepherd-hound-lab mix weighing 36 pounds with medium-to-high energy, an intelligent and affectionate temperament, and a playful, gentle nature. She is good with kids and other dogs, rides well in cars, and loves water; she has shown she's willing to learn and responsive to training. Scarfa is not yet house trained or reliable on leash, and she does best with access to a yard where she can stay within the property bounds. A home with another dog would be ideal for her, though she can adapt to apartment living if needed.
