Have you all met Drew yet?Drew is part of the senior Chihuahua clan that was abandoned at an evicted home, and he is seriously the cutest little guy.Drew is blind, but don't let that fool you—he is playful, fun and always ready to be part of whatever is going on. He's also perfectly happy to settle in for a good nap.He's potty trained, does great in the car and loves going on adventures. Once he figures out that we're outside, he gets the best little pep in his step—and somehow manages to have the best hairstyle while doing it.Most of all, Drew loves his pack. He wants to be part of the group and does great with other dogs, as long as they don't mind him accidentally bumping into them every once in a while as he finds his way.Drew would be such a great little companion for someone who wants a calm, sweet senior who still has plenty of personality and just wants to be included. Meet Drew Drew is a tiny 6 lb long-haired Chihuahua with the sweetest soul. He may be blind, but he doesn't let that slow him down one bit!This senior gentleman is super sweet, laid-back, and happiest just chilling with his person. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours. We do not have a physical location of our own.
