Well, hello! Jessie here.
Short legs, big personality, zero awareness of either. Let's go.
My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.
I've been holding down the fort in Aurora, hoping someone like you would wander by.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
With a little luck, Thanksgiving could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Jessie
About Jessie
Jessie #3 is a 3-year-old Corgi/Australian Shepherd mix weighing 27 pounds who thrives on activity and adventure. This friendly, playful, and affectionate dog has high energy and needs an active home committed to long walks, hikes, running, and enrichment activities—his foster took him on a seven-mile hike and he still had energy to spare. Once his exercise needs are met, Jessie settles nicely at home, loves cuddling with his people, is house and crate trained, sleeps through the night, and can stay alone for three to four hours. He is social with other dogs, has shown friendly curiosity toward cats, knows sit and down, and is working on his leash manners and greeting skills with continued training and consistency.
Jessie is listed by Animal Rescue of the Rockies in Aurora, CO. The rescue handles the adoption — Pawsada helps the right family discover Jessie.
