About Jacques
Meet Jacques — a playful young pup who's ready to steal your heart! Jacques is a one-year-old mixed-breed boy with a whole lot of energy and charm. Standing just a bit taller than a standard Beagle, he's the perfect size for adventure and snuggles alike. When we first pulled him from the shelter, he was understandably terrified. For a few days he kept to himself, but on day four something clicked — and he's never looked back. Now he's an affectionate dog who loves to cuddle in and play with both people and other dogs. This lively guy has "play" written all over him! He especially adores tug-of-war and games of keep-away, and he'd thrive with another active, playful dog companion — or at the very least, an energetic family who can keep up with his fun-loving spirit. Jacques is already house-trained and happily uses a dog door, making him an easy addition to the right home. He may take a short moment to warm up to new people (a few barks at first is just his way of saying "hi"), but once he knows you're a friend, he's all in with affection and enthusiasm. Jacques is looking for a patient, active forever family who will match his playful energy and give him the love and stability he deserves. If you're ready for a loyal, fun-loving companion who's just beginning to shine, Jacques is waiting to meet you! Adoption fee is $325 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Disclaimer: The SNBRF has the right to deny applications based on our adoption policies established for the consideration of the health, safety, and well-being of the dog. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years. Therefore, beagles or any other breed who are under 3 years of age will NOT be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. For individuals who are 70 years of age and older, the dogs must be 8 years or older
