Oh — hi! Po Boy here.
I'm a little bit of everything, which means I'm a little bit perfect for someone.
Word is I do great with kids and other dogs. I'm easy company: give me a couch and a person and I'm set.
I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.
Born and (almost) raised right here in Port Richey.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Thanksgiving — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.
Thanks for stopping by and giving me a moment — it honestly made my whole day. — Po Boy

About Po Boy
beloved rescue dog saved from a high-kill shelter in DeKalb County, Georgia, by the Florida-based non-profit Paws 2 The Walls Cafe . Described as a "fully loaded Southern comfort dog", Po-Boy is a 3-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix with a stunning brindle coat. He is currently in temporary boarding in Florida and looking for a permanent residence on someone's sofa. Personality: He has a massive heart and an equally big smile. He is friendly with other dogs, walks easy on a leash, and absolutely loves treats. [ The rescue hilariously lists his "special skills" as treating napping like a full-time corporate job, acting as a professional shadow (to guard you from the bathroom shower curtain), and snoring like a tiny chainsaw.
