I'm a one-of-a-kind mix — basically the best surprise in the building.

My notes call me gentle and a little shy — I warm up fast once I trust you, though.

I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.

I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.

I've been holding down the fort in Atlanta, hoping someone like you would wander by.

About Joe

Joe just showed up at a family's home and stayed. After attempts to find the owner failed, it was clear he was dumped. He's very sweet and easy going but still a very strong dominant type dog. We would prefer someone with experience with this breed but will consider if they'll sign up for training. Amazingly smart and dedicated dogs as long as well socialized and time is spent with them. We're saying only older, sturdy kids because he is so large and strong.
