NASHVILLE — Ollie, a six-year-old Bernedoodle with the kind of soulful eyes that suggest he knows something the rest of us don't, has been making some extraordinary claims about his auditory abilities. According to his owner, the Music City resident swears he can hear signals from outer space — transmissions, he insists, that serve as definitive proof that other life forms exist in the galaxy.
“Whether it's a recovery device or an intergalactic receiver remains, like so much of this story, delightfully unclear”
When reached for comment, NASA neither confirmed nor denied Ollie's assertions. Draw your own conclusions.
What we do know: Ollie looks spectacular in that cone. Whether it's a recovery device or an intergalactic receiver remains, like so much of this story, delightfully unclear. The Bernedoodle has been spotted in the Nashville backyard, ears perked, cone gleaming in the afternoon sun, allegedly tuning in to frequencies the average terrestrial canine cannot perceive.
Ollie could not be reached for further interview, though sources close to the pup report he remains committed to his research.
