Our story

Why we built Pawsada.

A simple conviction: dogs do better with people who know them than in a kennel — and dog owners would happily host one another if there were a trusted way to do it.

Built around friendships

The part we care most about is what happens over time: dogs make friends. Pawsada remembers who your dog has played with and stayed with — Best Friends, Sleepover Buddies, favorite hosts — and records it all in their Pawsport. Repeat stays with familiar dogs are calmer and happier. Not “find a sitter” — a dog yours already knows.

Is Pawsada dog boarding?
No. Boarding facilities and kennels house dogs in commercial settings for a fee. Pawsada is a network of dog owners who host each other's dogs in their own homes and exchange that care through PawPoints — so it's an alternative to boarding, not a boarding service.
How is Pawsada different from a paid sitter marketplace?
A paid sitter marketplace is where you hire a stranger by the night. Pawsada is a reciprocal owner-to-owner network: members exchange stays through PawPoints instead of hiring each other, and the experience is built around dog friendships, compatibility, and repeat stays.
Who can use Pawsada?
Any dog owner. Creating your dog's Pawsport is free and takes a few minutes — that alone gives you their health records, emergency info, and lost-dog recovery. If you also want trusted care between members, you build trust through your profile, meet-and-greets, and reviews, and you always decide who cares for your dog.
