Jenna is a six-year-old red and white American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer mix weighing 65 pounds. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas and is initially wary of strangers, requiring time to warm up to new people; once she bonds, she becomes a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys cuddling on the couch. Jenna knows basic commands, is highly food-motivated, loves to fetch and play with toys and puzzles, and is fully house-trained and crate-trained with no separation anxiety. She needs a quiet suburban home with adults only, leash training, continued socialization, and should be the only dog in the household; she has a history of chasing cats and may snap at dogs who approach too quickly.
