- Yes. Creating and keeping your dog's Pawsport costs nothing — identity, essential records, Lost Mode, and their life story stay free for your dog's whole life.
- Do I need Plus to arrange a stay?
- Yes. Plus members start conversations, request stays, confirm them, and spend PawPoints. Free members can browse hosts — and hosts can receive and respond to stay inquiries without Plus.
- Can I host without paying for Plus?
- Yes. Anyone can create a host profile, welcome dogs, and earn PawPoints — hosting never requires Plus.
- How do PawPoints work?
- You earn PawPoints when you host and spend them when your dog stays — a standard overnight is 100 points either way. PawPoints have no cash value; they're how members exchange care instead of paying nightly boarding charges.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your dog keeps their free Pawsport and everything in it, and you can keep browsing and hosting. The Plus tools — requesting stays and the complete PawChart™ — step back until you return. Annual and monthly plans both cancel anytime.
