The rescue’s notes on Mamba

Meet Mamba! This beautiful girl is Mamba, a Terrier mix who is fully vaccinated and ready to find her forever home. Mamba is a great dog with a friendly, happy-go-lucky personality and plenty of enthusiasm for life. She loves people, does well with children, and enjoys spending time with other dogs. In fact, Mamba would likely thrive in a home with another playful canine companion to help burn off energy and keep her company. Mamba is an active young dog who enjoys having room to run and play. A fenced yard would be ideal for her, giving her a safe space to stretch her legs and enjoy outdoor time. Because of her activity level, we do not feel she is the best fit for apartment living unless her family has a solid plan in place to meet her exercise needs, such as regular daycare, structured activities, frequent walks, or other outlets for her energy. Mamba is already a wonderful dog, and she is currently working on her basic commands so she can become an even more polished companion. With continued training, consistency, and love, she is sure to make an amazing addition to an active family. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
