Well, hello! Bonnie here.

I'm basically a furry mind reader who loves you so much I have to check on you every five minutes, and yes, belly rubs are my love language—prepare accordingly.

My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.

I'm on the bigger side — which, if you ask me, is just more of me to hug.

Born and (almost) raised right here in Palm Harbor.

Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.

If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Labor Day — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.

Thanks for stopping by and giving me a moment — it honestly made my whole day. — Bonnie

About Bonnie

Meet Bonnie: Your Loyal, Low-Key Shadow If you're looking for a dog who is the perfect balance of "smart" and "sweet," Bonnie is ready to clock into her new role as your best friend. Bonnie is a gentle soul who doesn't need to be the center of attention 24/7, but she always wants to know exactly where you are. The Basics: Personality: Submissive, friendly, and incredibly smart. Affection Style: She's not an "in-your-face" snuggler, but she shows her love in the sweetest ways. She'll come by for a "check-in" hello even when you're in bed, just to make sure you're still there! The "Belly Rub" Tax: If you start a belly rub, be prepared to stay a while—it's her absolute favorite thing. Household Manners: Potty trained (goes right away!), no food aggression, and takes treats with a "gentle mouth." On the Go: Bonnie is a fantastic companion for life's adventures. She loves car rides and is a polite passenger. She is a decent walker, though she has a classic "Shepherd curiosity" for squirrels and cats—she'll need a focused handler who can give her a quick "leave it" when the local wildlife pops up! Friends & Family: Bonnie is a social butterfly with other dogs. She currently plays wonderfully with her friend Gracie and is not dominant at all. She's the type of dog who settles into the rhythm of a home quickly and just wants to be part of the pack. Bonnie's Favorites: Brushing Sessions: She'll sit all day for a good grooming. Squeaky Toys: She's starting to discover the joy of a good squeak! Being Your Shadow: Whether you're in the kitchen or the garage, Bonnie will be right there behind you. The Ideal Home: Bonnie would thrive in a home with a fenced yard (to keep those cats at a safe distance!) and someone who appreciates a dog that is loyal without being clingy. Whether you have another dog for her to play with or she's your "one and only," Bonnie is going to make someone very lucky. Right now- Bonnie is fostered in Fairhaven ma 02719 If interested in this dog, please email Lenore, darkrain1234@gmail.com for an application.
