About Chantu
Meet 2-year-old Chantu! Chantu joined our rescue after he was found as a stray in January and his owners could not be located. The finders reached out for rescue help so this little guy could find his very own forever home. Chantu is a sweet, shy guy who takes a minute or two to warm up. He is house-trained and would love an owner who will continue to work with him as he adjusts to new people. Chantu is highly food-motivated and eager to learn, making him an ideal candidate for training. Once he has warmed up, his favorite activity is cuddling with his human. He also loves and is great with other small dogs, though he is not a fan of larger dogs. Chantu has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is ready to go! His adoption fee of $350 helps cover his medical expenses.
