He loves being around his people and the resident dog, and he'll quietly follow you from room to room just to be part of the moment. Snuggles are his love language, and he'll melt right into you for as long as you'll let him.He enjoys short walks, a little playtime outside, and absolutely lives for car rides — especially when they end with a Caribou pup cup. He smiles the whole way home like he knows he just had the best treat in the world.At home, Roscoe sleeps peacefully on a dog bed in his foster mom's room. He rarely barks (only if the resident dog starts the conversation), but he loves to "talk" to you when you come home — a happy, wiggly welcome committee who's been watching out the window waiting for you.He's easygoing, gentle, and wonderful with people of all ages. He doesn't mind cats, loves other dogs, and has a calm, steady presence that makes him feel like an old friend from the moment you meet him.Roscoe's back legs are a bit weaker these days, so he sometimes needs help with stairs and getting into or out of the car. He takes it all in stride with that same sweet, grateful energy he brings to everything.If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to love you, watch over you, and enjoy life's simple joys by your side, Roscoe is your guy. He's a happy, gentle soul ready to spend his golden years with someone who sees how special he is.Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
