About Charlie
Charlie is a 2.5-year-old female Great Dane weighing 95 pounds who is sweet, affectionate, and loves being close to her people on the couch. She enjoys playing with other dogs of all sizes but is not friendly with small animals and has not been cat tested. Charlie is housebroken, smart, and food motivated, making her responsive to training with treats, though she will counter-surf for food when left alone—a behavior her foster is confident can be managed with continued training and proper food storage. She can be shy with new people initially but warms up quickly; given her size, she does best with older children. Charlie is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on all vaccinations.
