He came to the shelter alongside three other dogs, all surrendered from the same home, and is now looking for a place where he can truly settle in and shine. With his soft, tousled fur and soulful eyes, Toulouse has an irresistibly endearing look. He can be a bit unsure at first as he adjusts to new surroundings, which is completely understandable given the changes in his life. But once he starts to feel safe, his sweet and affectionate personality begins to come through.
