Couldn't sleep either? Hi. Moxie here.

I'm still finding my confidence, but once you prove you're patient and kind, I'll show you the curious, clever companion hiding beneath my shy exterior.

My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.

I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.

I've been holding down the fort in Seattle, hoping someone like you would wander by.

Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.

With a little luck, Labor Day could be my first one in a real home — possibly with you, or with someone you send my way.

Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Moxie

About Moxie

Animal Information: Meet Milo, Otis, Maisie & Moxie! These adorable 8-week-old Texas pups are ready to begin their next big adventure here in the Pacific Northwest! Their mama is a sweet, dog- and people-friendly Pointer mix who did an incredible job raising her litter. While they may be small now, these pups are bright, curious, and eager to learn. They will thrive in active homes that are committed to providing plenty of exercise, enrichment, and positive training to keep both their minds and bodies happy. With the right guidance, they'll grow into wonderful lifelong companions. If you're looking for a smart, loving puppy to join your family and are excited to invest the time in training and socialization, one of these little ones could be the perfect match! Foster Profile: Miss Moxey I'd the perfect combination of curious and chill. She is still very young but cautiously introduced herself to my resident dog and was respectful of her warnings and direction. She is curious about everything, does not appear skittish and enjoys snuggling on my lap. As she progresses, we will be working on kennel training, potty training and leash training. Moxey is a great puppy and appears to be a quick study. She is sure to bring years of love and entertainment to any home she lands in. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter (on contract, if applicable), core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was transferred from Saving Shelter Strays in Bandera, TX. They will be transferred via SSS arriving to foster care on 7/9/26 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
