Well, hello! Gulliver here.

I'm small but mighty-hearted, and once you let me settle into your lap with a good book—or just quiet time together—I'll be your most devoted little shadow.

My notes say I'm a world-class cuddler, and I'd like that on the record.

I'm a Seattle local, just waiting on the right person.

Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.

Who knows — by Labor Day I might be napping on somebody's couch. I'd love it to be near you, one way or another.

Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Gulliver

About Gulliver

Animal Information: Gulliver is an adorable Chihuahua mix with the cutest little socks and a paint-tipped tail. He is estimated to be around 4-years-old and weighs 13 pounds. Gulliver ended up at the Stanislaus shelter as a stray. However, the shelter staff believe he likely had a home before because he is incredibly social, friendly, and comfortable around both people and other dogs. Gulliver doesn't mind being handled and has done wonderfully in playgroups with dogs of all sizes. He's also been kenneled with other small-breed dogs without any issues. His easygoing, affectionate personality makes him a joy to be around. We think this sweet little guy will be the loyal best friend one lucky family has been searching for. Foster Profile: Gulliver is a sweet, curious, and submissive pup who is friendly with humans and dogs. He loves to be around his people -- or better yet, in their lap-- and is snuggly and affectionate. Once he has his daily walks and structure, Gulliver is a pretty mellow pup and is content to chill for most of the day. He does well in his crate overnight and when left alone - though he can initially be vocal when left, he does settle. Gulliver enjoys his walks and walks nicely on the leash. Gulliver is a nice boy who will blossom in his forever home. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was transferred from Stanislaus Shelter in Modesto. He will be transferred via Wigglebutts, arriving to foster care on 7/12/26 and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
