Psst… hi! Willy here.
I'm a four-pound furball with a deadpan delivery and zero chill about being held—basically a tiny comedian who'll fit in your bag and judge your life choices with my eyes.
My notes call me gentle and a little shy — I warm up fast once I trust you, though.
I'm a youngster — a little goofy, very teachable, and absolutely ready to grow up beside someone wonderful.
Born and (almost) raised right here in Bandera.
Here's the thing — I can't tell if we'd truly click until I know a little about you. Sign in (it's free) and I'll size up your place, say hello to any dogs you've got — or be your very first — and give you my honest read on whether we'd be a match.
If all goes well, I could be curled up with my new pack by Labor Day — maybe yours, whether you adopt me or just help me get noticed.
Thanks for spending a minute with me. I'll be right here, tail ready, hoping it's you. — Willy

About Willy
Welcome Willy to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 4-pound small Terrier/Cairn mixed pup. His mom is Monica. Monica was on the street as a stray. We took her in to find out she was pregnant. The puppies were born in our Rescue. They have gotten lots of interaction. They are very social and friendly. Willy is one of the smallest boy pups. He has a fluffy coat but not as fluffy as his sister Hannah. He likes being held and is very trusting of all people. He should be 10 to 12 pounds is our best guess. He should be small enough to take with you in a doggy sling or bag. He is a fun pup to pet because of his coat. He is full of personality and very good with his litter group. He goes on a wee pad and is good in a crate. He likes all people and is not shy around strangers. Her mom is 15 pounds. We do think Willy will be 15 pounds or less full grown. He is not a big shedder. He will make some lucky family a good pet. Anyone who adopts a puppy should not work all day every day because a puppy needs to be with their family and not home alone all day. He needs to finish up his puppy training. He will be a great dog for a social person wanting a matching puppy personality. He would be fine in a smaller condo size yard. He would be fine with other dogs. He can go with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is getting neutered, vaccinated and he will be ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also use one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
