He had many ticks and fly strike when found, and had probably been an outdoor dog. Oslo has captured the hearts of volunteers with his sweet temperament. He gets along well with other medium-large dogs in his play group. If adopted into a home with another dog, he needs leadership and guidance to be the best version of himself.
