Meet Billy, one of our staff and volunteer favorites!!Billy is known around the shelter for rocking the one-up, one-down-ear look reminiscent of Scooby Doo, as well as the sunâs-out, tongues-out vibe! This silly boy loves to sploot on the grass and say âhiâ to everyone he meets on the BeltLine. He has also met younger kids, and loved giving them big âole kisses on the face! Billyâs goofy, clumsy quirks have only made him more endearing to the staff and volunteers. He wants to hug and love on everyone he meets, but has a one-second attention span if something else catches his attention!
