Meet Toffee Chip Are you looking for a young dog—or older puppy—that's already trained and ready to be your loyal sidekick? Toffee Chip may be your guy! Toffee Chip is a 1.5-year-old Lab mix, weighing in at 51 lbs, who has already mastered many of the essentials. He's neutered, house-trained, and sleeps in his crate through the night, though he doesn't need crating because he's so well-behaved. He's had professional training, knows basic commands, and is eager to please. Sweet, loving, and full of personality, Toffee Chip is what we call a Velcro dog—he adores his people and wants to be near them as much as possible. He loves running errands with you, playing catch, chewing toys, and just hanging out. He's good on a leash—and could be your walking or even running companion. He does well with other dogs and enjoys playtime, but he's not suited for homes with cats (he finds them a little too exciting!). He's a bit shy with new people at first and may take a few moments to warm up, but once he does, his affectionate and loyal side shines. Because of his playful energy and sturdy frame, we recommend a home without small children.
