Well, hello! Napa here.
I'm still young and full of beans, with a whole lot of love (and a few zoomies) saved up for the right person.
I'm on the bigger side — but honestly, that's just more of me to hug.
I do come with a few special needs, but please don't let that worry you — I just need a patient friend, and I pay it back tenfold.
I'd love to meet you. But if I'm not quite the one, maybe you could do me one tiny favor — print my bio and pop it up somewhere a future best friend might spot it. Who knows, I might see you at the park someday! Either way, thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment. It really did mean a lot. — Napa 🐾
The rescue’s notes on Napa
Napa – Smart, Gentle, and Eager to Learn Napa is a German Shepherd Dog mix under 2 years old, weighing about 61 pounds. This girl combines intelligence with a gentle nature, making her a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys both training and connection. Active but settles: Napa may pull excitedly initially, but she settles into a calmer rhythm as she goes. Highly trainable: She knows "sit," "paw," "down," "stay," and can even settle onto her side. She is eager to learn and takes treats gently. Agility-minded: Napa shows great potential for agility activities, following cues up and down picnic tables. Curious explorer: She loves sniffing and investigating her surroundings, happily checking out every new scent. Playful and social: Napa enjoys fetch (dropping the ball nearby) and plays gently with other dogs in playgroup. Napa would do well with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends.
