The rescue’s notes on LUNA ( Love Bug)
Meet Luna, our lovable Staffordshire Terrier mix and total love bug Luna was rescued from Contra Costa Animal Services where she was heartbreakingly placed on the euthanasia list. Despite a difficult past, Luna's spirit shines bright. She has a few bumps on her head from previous mistreatment, but they don't stop her from being incredibly affectionate and loving toward people. Luna is about 5–6 years old, weighs around 51 lbs, and is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She is currently in training and being properly socialized with other dogs. Luna does well with dogs and wisely avoids troublemakers—she's a peaceful, well-mannered girl. She is super friendly with people, adores affection, and is patiently waiting for her special person to love her, give her belly rubs, and show her the kindness she deserves.
