The rescue’s notes on Samantha
Meet Samantha (aka Penny)! Samantha is the total package—sweet, smart, and full of love. She adores people, gets along great with other dogs, and is happiest when she's by your side. A true velcro dog, she'll follow you from room to room and make sure you're never alone. When Samantha came to us, she was severely underweight and malnourished, but she has blossomed in foster care and is now thriving. She loves playing fetch, enjoys learning new things, and is incredibly smart and eager to please. While we're not exactly sure of her age, she does have some puppy-like behaviors, including occasional mouthing. The good news? She's very easy to redirect and responds wonderfully to training. If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants to be involved in everything you do, Samantha may be your perfect match!
