When his previous owner couldn't care for him anymore, he was on the verge of being abandoned.We stepped in to give Otto Toby a second chance, and now he's ready to find a loving home where he can finally experience the happiness he deserves. He's sweet, affectionate, and has so much love to give to the right family.If you're looking for a devoted companion with a big heart, Otto Toby is your guy.All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
