They say resilience has a face, and right now, it looks a lot like Kianna. This stunning one-year-old, 63 lb Pitbull/Lab mix has traveled all the way from Mountain City, Tennessee, to find sanctuary with Eleventh Hour Rescue. Kianna's story began in a municipal shelter where she was rescued from a cruel situation. Kianna has refused to let that past define her, though, and she is an absolute darling who is simply looking for the chance to learn that the world can be kind. Kianna is the perfect roommate: a total professional when it comes to "being a dog." She has clearly put in the work and is ready to slide right into a home routine: Housebroken & Crate Trained: She knows the ropes and respects your space. Social Butterfly: She is friendly with kids and other dogs. Cat Potential: She has been introduced to cats and, with a slow and proper introduction, she would likely do well in a feline-friendly home. Intelligent: Kianna has completed a course in obedience training and has the certificate to show for it! Kianna isn't looking for a high-intensity lifestyle; she is looking for a soft place to land.
