Ellie is a 1 year old female Lab/Shepherd mix, and is the perfect mix of playful energy and bright intelligence. This girl is already showing how smart she is, picking up "Sit" in just a couple of sessions and eager to learn more! Ellie is as friendly as they come, happily greeting her human friends and enjoying playful runs along the fence with other dogs, making buddies wherever she goes. She loves staying active, whether it's going for walks, playing fetch, or proudly carrying her favorite toy around. And when she's really happy, Ellie will flop onto her back and wiggle with pure joy - it's the kind of moment that will make you fall in love with her instantly. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
