Meet Oskar! He may be approx 1 year old but he's been described as an "old soul". He's approx 14lbs and was found very matted and unkept roaming the streets of Long Beach before heading to the shelter. While he's not the "weekend warrior" type, he's a wake up, do his business, catch the morning newspaper over a bowl of cereal type dog. Car rides and loud, busy environments aren't really his type but what he lacks in adventure, he makes up for in heart. He can come off as bashful at first but with consistency and routine, he'll follow you everywhere and love you fiercely. Whether he's hanging out with a confident dog sibling or just chilling solo by your side, Oskar is the perfect fit for someone looking for a calm, devoted companion to share a peaceful life with.
