The rescue’s notes on MOXIE
Moxieâs name fits her perfectly â this girl is independent enough to do her own thing! She came to us as a stray wearing a collar labeled âEmotional Support Animal,â but sadly no owner ever came looking for her. Now sheâs hoping for a fresh start with someone to love her forever. Moxie enjoys exploring the world around her and is happiest when sheâs investigating every smell and sound she can find. Sheâs curious and observant, often stopping to sniff along the way during walks. Sheâs not especially interested in treats or toys, though squeaky toys do make her curious enough to check them out. Moxie is more of an independent companion than a clingy shadow, but she will gently take treats and allow pets too. If youâre looking for a smart, observant dog with a quiet, independent spirit, Moxie may be your girl.
