I like to take my time with people. New faces make me a little unsure, so I might hang back at first and watch from a distance. Iâm not trying to be difficult. I just need a little space to figure things out and feel safe. If youâre patient with me, Iâll come around in my own time, and when I do, itâll be worth it. Iâm more of a laid-back, go-with-the-flow kind of dog. Youâll usually find me stretched out in a warm sunny spot, soaking it all in and enjoying the quiet. I donât need constant action... just a calm environment, a gentle approach, and someone who understands that trust takes time. Once I feel comfortable, Iâll show you my softer side. Until then, Iâm just keeping things chill and moving at my own pace.
