Klondike is a 6 year old male Anatolian Shepherd / Hound mix with a heart as big as his gentle presence. This sweet, laid-back boy is the very definition of a "gentle giant" - calm, easygoing, and happiest just being by your side. With his adorable spotted coat and big, joyful smile, Klondike lights up the moment you take him out. He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys the simple pleasures of life … quiet strolls, soft pets, and soaking up time with his people. At his age, Klondike deserves so much more than a shelter … he deserves a cozy bed, a peaceful home, and a family to love him as much as he'll love them. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
